Internet Explorer

  • Make sure that the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies boxes are checked, then click the Delete button.
  • Click OK to close the menu, then close and relaunch your browser.

  • In Settings, scroll down until you find Clear browsing data and click Choose items to clear.
  • Uncheck the Forms Data and Passwords box, and then make sure that the Cached Files and Data and Cookies check boxes are selected.
  • Click the Remove button.
  • Click on "... to close the menu, then close and relaunch your browser.

Google Chrome

  • Click on the menu at the top right.
  • Hover over More Tools and then over Clear Browsing Data.
  • For Clear items: Select all.
  • Make sure the Cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plug-in data boxes are checked, and then click Clear browsing data.
  • Restart your browser.

For Firefox

  • Select the menu at the top right () and click on History, Clear Recent History and check the Cookies box.
  • Next to Interval to clear, select All.
  • Make sure the Cache box is checked in the Details section, and then click Clear Now.
  • Restart your browser.
