- Open the Safari menu and click Clear History.
- Select all history and click Clear History.
- Restart your browser.

- Open the Safari menu and click Reset Safari.

Internet Explorer
- Click on the cog at the top right of the browser window, hover over Security and select Delete browsing history.
- Uncheck Keep data from favorite websites at the top of the menu.
- Make sure that the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies boxes are checked, then click the Delete button.
- Click OK to close the menu, then close and relaunch your browser.
Edge
- Click on "... " at the top right of your browser.
- In Settings, scroll down until you find Clear browsing data and click Choose items to clear.
- Uncheck the Forms Data and Passwords box, and then make sure that the Cached Files and Data and Cookies check boxes are selected.
- Click the Remove button.
- Click on "... to close the menu, then close and relaunch your browser.
Google Chrome
- Click on the menu at the top right.
- Hover over More Tools and then over Clear Browsing Data.
- For Clear items: Select all.
- Make sure the Cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plug-in data boxes are checked, and then click Clear browsing data.
- Restart your browser.
For Firefox
- Select the menu at the top right (≡) and click on History, Clear Recent History and check the Cookies box.
- Next to Interval to clear, select All.
- Make sure the Cache box is checked in the Details section, and then click Clear Now.
- Restart your browser.
